The first is dated 17/1/39 and is his 1st class shooting award for the Gewehr 98, issued at list on the island of Sylt in the North Sea while he was attached to a coastal general purpose squadron. The other is a impressive promotion document which has a nicely detailed 1st pattern eagle/swastika to the top. Promotion from unteroffizier to feldwebel while attached to a sea signals school at Borgwedel (close to the North Sea) ink eagle/swastika stamp and Major/Commander's signature to the bottom of the document. GERM WW2 LUFTWAFFE GROUP OF DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS RELATING TO GEFREITEN REINHOLD HEINERT. There are 2 award documents, the first is for the Russian front medal, issued on 1/9/42, the second award document is for his ground combat badge, issued on 22/3/43. Printed 2nd pattern eagle/ swastika to the top of this document. Both documents with centre fold marks, the second document showing more wear. The other document included is his certificate of discharge issued by the Third United States Army Discharge Centre on 25/5/45. There is a B/W postcard sized studio photography of him in uniform, rank of Obergefreiter, wearing his awards ie Hitler Youth Leader's Badge, Air Gunner/Radio Operator's Badge, Ground Combat Badge and his Russian Front Ribbon.
